This week we sit down with two union organizers with experience organizing workers in the non-profit industry. Our guests include Kayla Blado, interim-President of the Non-Profit Professional Employees Union (IFPTE Local 70) and Michael Velarde, former union organizer at We Act for Environmental Justice affiliated with the National Organization of Legal Services Workers (UAW 2320). We cover a lot of ground from milkshakes to the false distinction between white collar workers and blue collar workers to the whys and hows of union organizing.

All workers need a union!
