On April 1, the Chicago Teachers Union launched a one-day strike to demand adequate funding of the city's schools. (Patrick was there in solidarity. Zack was stuck at his at-will-employment corporate job.) This week, we invited CTU member Allison Ringhand to come talk about it. Sorry, listeners: no fake interview this week—just a discussion of the strike, education issues at large, and why Andy Rooney rules. Enjoy.
