When it comes to getting healthy and fit, which is harder?
Getting Started or Starting Over?
I recently put out a poll on my Instagram and Facebook feeds to find out which people struggled with most. And more importantly, why they responded the way they did.
I chose 5 of the responses and want to share them with you!

GETTING STARTED
Check your health
Decide to get started
Pick something you know you’ll commit to.
Follow a Plan
Stay committed and be consistent
Be accountable! Get a success buddy or an accountability group
Keep pushing forward and trust the process
Stay Hydrated
Optimize your nutrition
Watch your portion sizes and load up on veggies
Celebrate small victories
Never give up and keep going
STARTING OVER
Work on your mindset and determination - no matter what
Be vigilant and watch out for the excuses!
Don’t focus on the past! You’re not going that way!
Pick something you know you’ll commit to
Make it a habit! Stay committed and be consistent
Be accountable! Get a success buddy or an accountability group
Track your progress!
Stop overthinking. You were doing that already weren’t you? Just do today!
Keep pushing forward
Celebrate small victories
Don’t ever stop again. It’s no fun starting over, but it’s worth it!
