Corporate America to Entrepreneurship Founder of The Moxie Maids on Georgia Podcast On-Air Guest BIO: Upstate New York born and raised, CAU MBA grad. I worked in the Music Industry then transitioned into Corporate America and then into the Non-Profit sector for a few years. I've always "thought" about starting my own business, but never had the gusts to actually leave a steady bi-weekly check. With the urging of my husband I began to give it serious thought. When my husband (boyfriend at the time) needed his apartment cleaned, I discovered an opportunity to better help serve someone just like me. That's when The Moxie Maids was born. The Moxie Maids has recently won Best Business Model and Lender's Choice Award in the Start Me Accelerator Program. Topics to Discuss: My story Why I decided to leave corporate america?
