During rapid growth, a company runs the risk of creating silos and diminishing overall productivity. There needs to be a balance between being independent, yet engaged with company’s business goals, which sometimes means a complete reorganization of the company’s org structure.

In this episode, Nick Caldwell, Chief Product Officer at Looker, shares three items in his tool kit for hyperscaling. He says although the tool kit isn’t prescriptive, you can pick and choose what fits best for your company.
