In this guided meditation, we sink into the beauty of release.
This meditation can be done at any time of year but was inspired by the autumnal energy of letting go and allowing endings. We will call to mind and honor past dreams or past versions of ourselves, processing grief if necessary, seeing the weaving thread of life that passes through all our evolutions, and coming fully to present day. This process of sending love to the past can help heal lingering wounds and allow us to live more joyfully in this moment of our lives.
