Today's guest is a real treat, I'm so excited to welcome Karena from Hello Inner Light to the podcast because l've been a big fan of her work for a while. If you have ever tried meditation, affirmations, or thought work and felt like something was missing, you're really going to love today's episode because of the way that Karena teaches this process of somatic healing and just Havening® to relieve stress. I find it much more accessible than the other traditional routes.
