With everything that happened in the last 12 months, many people are feeling overwhelmed and mentally exhausted. And having entered the second quarter of 2021, we thought we should give you some tips on how to clean up all this built-up mental mess.

These tips will be especially useful if you are feeling what I call the Four Ds – Disoriented, Disorganized, Distracted, and Directionless.

What Eddie and I are asking you to do is to self-reflect if you’re feeling any one of these four Ds by raising your level of self-awareness. This will help you assess how you are spending your time and how this might be contributing to feeling overwhelmed.
