Setelah ngantor selama 5 tahunan, pada tahun 2016 saya memutuskan untuk resign dan mulai bekerja dari rumah. Walaupun saat ini saya merasa sudah cukup steady bekerja dari rumah dan menganggap bahwa resign adalah salah satu keputusan terbaik dalam hidup, saya merasa bahwa berhenti bekerja adalah keputusan besar yang harus dipertimbangkan baik-baik oleh seorang ibu. Pada episode ini saya berbagi sedikit soal dilema resign dan apa yang penting untuk dipersiapkan oleh ibu-ibu yang yang ingin berhenti bekerja kantoran.
