Barbara Sharp, the District's executive director of Continuous Improvement, joins the Ramily Matters Podcast to kick off the 2023-2024 school year. Sharp shares her experiences from 33 years in education. She also discusses the important of Professional Learning Communities and how she is helping to lead the District's efforts to create sustained academic growth through PLCs, metrics and collaboration.
