Last week I made a post about Bee Products, are you a vegan if you consume them? I was shocked with the amount of comments people made. Today on the show we explore questions and replies to the video. Some questions we answer are if you are truly a vegan if you consume honey and other bee products. We also discuss how and why to keep your own beehives if you can. Also finding local beekeepers. We had a surprise guest join us on the show today to talk about these topics. He is a raw food vegan for 15 years and has great information to share. Our guest, who considers himself a vegan, spoke about the quality of honey and bee pollen. Not all bee products are the same. I've searched for a long time and found a great source of the highest quality bee products, honey, pollen and royal jelly: If you do not want to consume bee products, today our guest spoke about flower pollen. We also had another guest speak about flower pollen a few weeks ago. I finally have some just added Pine Pollen to my webstore For those of you who never heard of Pine Pollen, it's an excellent foundation for great nutrition. The Pine Pollen we have is harvested in the richest soil of Mongolia and contains 200 bio-active nutrients, vitamins and minerals that help unlock peak physical and mental health. Pine Pollen has been a staple in Chinese and Korean medicine for more than 2,000 years and has been shown to restore energy, eliminate signs of aging, battle fatigue and build up your immune system. Okay, everyone, let me know what you think, our question of the day is, do you consume any bee products and why? Have a great raw day Paul
