Join Steve for Episode 5 of the Ready for Departure podcast where he talks about his experiences trying to perform the overhead join for the first time. This was something that was a bit of a struggle to understand, however, after watching some videos, doing some reading and discussing the overhead join with his instructor, Steve was able to finally understand how it was supposed to be done, before performing it himself correctly and safely for the first time.

Mastering the overhead join is an absolute must before leaving the circuit solo, so its a crucial step in the learning process.
