For Keith Sant, Kind House Buyers is more than just the name of his business, it is how he conducts business and his life. Keith believes in treating everyone the same. He grew up not having much, so his sincere gratitude for all he’s achieved shines through when you talk to him about his business. Keith always had an interest in real estate but the barrier to entry seemed too high. He had a friend and mentor in Texas doing flips and wholesaling who he worked with for a while. Then he brought his business up to Washington State. He worked hard to get his first wholesale deal and it was on from there. This year Keith and his team are looking at closing 25 deals. Keith loves the marketing aspect of the real estate wholesale business and is constantly learning ways to innovate and increase his ROI from his marketing efforts.
