Rates are close to all time lows which means your buying power is high. When analyzing your position as a seller then as a buyer it’s important to think about how the sales price of your house evens out with good rates. Even if you lose a little on the sell side in today’s flattened market, you’ll easily make it up when you purchase your next home. What it takes to get a loan differs depending on where you live. Conforming loans can be as easy as tax pay stubs and bank statements for your lender to approve, but things can get a whole lot more complicated when it comes to jumbo loans.
