Eric Pearson is the Founder and President of Pearson Smith Realty. He started his real estate business in 2011 and has exploded his business every year. Currently, he runs one of the fastest growing brokerages in the DMV. After starting his business with a heavy focus on internet lead generation, he grew his team to sell over $100 million in real estate volume per year. After realizing that the agents who were a part of his team were considering leaving to be able to spread their entrepreneurial wings elsewhere, he decided the next step in the evolution of his business was to start his own brokerage. Starting with 15 agents at the beginning of 2015, he has grown to more than 110 agents by years end.
