Eric Pearson is the Founder and President of Pearson Smith Realty. He started his real estate business in 2011 and has exploded his business every year. Currently, he runs one of the fastest growing brokerages in the DMV. After starting his business with a heavy focus on internet lead generation, he grew his team to sell over $100 million in real estate volume per year.
