On this episode of Real Talk With Ryan we discuss close of escrow dates. You need to make sure your real estate broker/agent is the quarterback of the team and running point. There are multiple people working on your escrow/transaction and if just one person drops the ball, this will run the risk of delaying your closing. Imagine you have movers and cleaners scheduled to clean your new home and you get the call that you can’t close tomorrow and will have to wait until next week. This scenario happens more than you think. Push play and turn up the volume!
