Hey guys, Welcome to Episode 109 of Rebel City Podcast, this week we had the pleasure of sitting down with Jubemi AKA Glasgow up and coming Rapper Bemz. We had an incredible conversation with Jubemi about how he ended up in Glasgow and becoming the Rap focal point in Glasgow during Lockdown with his amazing EP, Saint of Lost Causes. We spoke about the Glasgow Rap scene as he found it moving up from Ayr to focus on his music and what it's like trying to break Glasgow and play live in a scene dominated by Indie music. We also spoke about his challenges with his mental health and how so many peolpe are using their music as an outlet for dealing with their mental but also how the current climate in the Arts scene can be a reason for people struggling.
