Since the industrial revolution, (and the agrarian revolution that accompanied it), when humans began to love outside of small groups and move to anonymous cities where they were encouraged to live in nuclear families, we have seen increasing fragmentation and disconnection from community.
This has certain mental and physical health consequences for our children and elders which we discuss as well as coming forward with some solutions.
