You can fry, grill, BBQ or bake in a hot oven on an oiled baking tray at 220ºC, 425 - 450ºF, Gas 7 For the Tomato and pepper dip 1 beef tomato 1/2 large red pepper 1/2 red onion 1 clove garlic 1 teaspoon chopped parsley 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons honey Chop finely and blitz away in a food processor
