In this episode, Karin welcomes Amy Gardner, MS, CEDRD, RYT, registered dietitian with over twenty years of clinical experience and personal recovery experience with her psychology, mindfulness and yoga training to help her clients move into full recovery. She is creator of the iMove™ program based on her book, “iMove, Helping Your Clients Heal from Compulsive Exercise.” Amy is a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian through IAEDP and a Registered Yoga Teacher practicing in the Boston area. She is the founder of Metrowest Nutrition, LLC, a multi-disciplinary practice centered on healing relationships with body and food.
