[00:01:09] Here's now well Kim thanks so much for being with us on the recurring revenue radio show. I I really have been looking forward to this since I saw you on the docket. A true coach with a very unique approach to coaching and I want to dive into that with you today so thanks for being with us.

[00:01:28] I'm excited to be here and happy to have this conversation.

[00:01:31] Super. So just to kind of give you a frame of reference if you don't know most of our audience or people that our thought leaders coaches consultants sales people anybody that's trying to turn what they know into recurring cash flow to try to take some sort of subject matter expertise and package it or sell it in a certain way. And one of the things that occurred to me as I was getting ready to talk to you was this idea of how do you get unstuck in your business. And I thought you would be the perfect person to dive into that because the crowd that we're talking to most of them are achievers they've accomplished something in their life they've created something and you and I both know for people like that people like us because we're pushing for more. We tend to get stuck more than normal people as well so let's dive right in because I think you're uniquely qualified to talk about this. How do people get stuck and then how did they get unstuck.

[00:02:26] Well that's a good question. The good and the good starting point is how do people get star stuck in the first place. And really if we look at it people get stuck because they're thinking kind of plays tricks on them. You know their thinking backfires on them and they're thinking really starts to contradict the very desires that they want. So you may have achieved a certain goal with a certain set of thinking but that same thinking won't get you to your next goal. And so typically what we see is that people have a set of beliefs that interfere with their ability to reach their next goal. So could be yeah i have this level of experience but I don't have that level of experience so I'm stuck. It could be I don't have money. It could be I need resources that I don't have access to. It could be I don't have the educational background and so I'm stuck. And so really when we look at the idea of being stuck it's not about the facts it's about how we think about the facts it's about our thinking. And that's what really interferes with our ability to reach our next goal so.

[00:03:30] So let's drill down into that a little bit because I'm going to flip the table on you for a second here and coach me a little bit because right now this this thing right here that you just talked about. And by the way if you're listening I think you just named three of the top things that we all use to hold ourselves back right. I don't have the money I don't have the experience I don't have the educational background. We are in the process right now of launching additional partners without going into too much debt. We create digital products for other organizations and try to find a place in their sales funnel to put it in. But as you can imagine when you're starting something new like that with a new customer and really trying to understand the value proposition it really is like pushing rope. And yesterday morning I woke up in a family self with this question How in the world am I going to get all this done. By the time it needs to be done and that's what you're talking about right. The

[00:04:21] thinking is stinky is the worst thing what you're saying is I have too much to do in the time that I have a lot it and I don't have the capacity or the ability to get it done. Maybe I don't have the focus maybe I don't have the intellectual capacity whatever it is. But your you're already attacking this task whatever that task is in a state of depletion. So imagine you're an Olympic runner let's say and you get to the starting line and you say man I'll never be able to do this. I don't have enough time or look at the guy beside me I'm never going to beat him. So what's your likelihood of winning that race. You're already at a negative place. You're already defeating yourself before you even gotten past the starting line. And so what we need to do is start to align your thinking with your actual goals once your thinking is aligned with your goals. Your actions naturally follow. What we find is a lot of people get stuck in like you know they get distracted with whatever it is that they're doing email social media phone calls family matters whatever. They get distracted and really distractions are a reflection of the fact that a person's thinking isn't totally and completely aligned and set up to reach their goals. And so that's what we do is we help people line up their thinking with what it is that they truly desire and their deepest goals.

[00:05:42] And so so does that start with determining what the goal is in getting clear on that.

[00:05:48] It's determining what the real goal is because I think a lot of people mistake goals that are let's say assigned to them by society are assigned to them by their family members or what is expected of them as opposed to really looking at what are their true deep personal goals. So well I want to identify deep personal goals and then I'll help you reach those.

[00:06:16] And so how do you how do you do that how do you like. Practically speaking if you are going to coach me through this process so we're launching a new resource by September 11th that's about how to delegate in your business and leverage this freelance economy or gig economy and the due date for the launch of the sequences is September 11th. And so in my mind I feel the pressure of the client the pressure of my team the pressure of my family because I'm spending a lot of time working right now. And there's you know and I think that there are seasons where that has to happen and I think it's relevant too to all of us that we have these seasons where we've got to really push hard but sometimes it feels like I am pushing hard against the wrong things.

[00:06:56] Right. And so the word pressure is interesting. So how would I practically coach you. Well you know we'd work together initially for 10 weeks and beyond that we work you know a minimum of six months. But it's the first 10 weeks that are really foundational. And in those 10 weeks we really peel back the layers and understand what's going on inside of your brain and how do we do that. We schedule 10 calls in those 10 weeks so there's a call once a week. We record every call and the purpose of recording every call is so that you can go back and listen to the recording and start to become an observer of your thinking. So one of the things we look at is your language you use the word pressure. I feel pressured by all of these outside sources. And the question is what's the impact of that pressure. Does it accelerate your progress. Does it increase your performance.

[00:07:42] Does it do a good job for you or does it trip you up. And so we want to really examine the relationship between the way you think and the way you behave. OK so that's part a part B as we asked you to journal every single day for those 10 weeks. And so at the beginning of the week we ask you a journaling question and you start to journal and every time you journal your journal goes back to your coach could be me or any one of my coaches on my team and they would read and respond to your journal.

[00:08:10] And so what happens is we're going deep very fast and we're understanding your core beliefs because your beliefs really run the show. What you believe to be true shows up in how you live your life. And so when your beliefs are not really consistent with your desires you find people struggling you find people get stuck you find them get getting distracted and not really getting to task. And so is it true that you don't have enough time. Could be but it's unlikely. Right. That's not really the issue. There's something else at play we want to remove that issue that big boulder from your way once that's out of your way what you find is your productivity increases with greater ease.

[00:08:52] Yeah. And talk just a little about the journaling part because when I was doing my research on you that was one of the things that I feel like is unique to you that I think a lot of coaches and consultants are not really adding to their repertoire. Talk about journaling and why was it such a powerful part of of your coaching program.

[00:09:08] So for us it's really the centerpiece. Why. So what happens when you journal every day you start to become aware of how you think and how your thinking is affecting you. So my job as as your coach is to really help you master your thinking. You can't master anything if you have no awareness of how it operates. Right. So I'm I'm here to give you the tools and the platform to help you learn yourself. So that's part a part B is when you're journaling with me every day what's happening. We're building this amazing relationship and we need that amazing relationship so that there's trust and so that I can help you move to a new place so that we can go deep fast if you don't trust me. We're stuck again. Right so we need that relationship. And the third part is that I need data I need to understand your patterns. I need to understand how you operate. I need to understand your triggers. I need to understand where you keep getting tripped up. And so when you're journaling every day it's easy for me to see patterns especially you know. I mean I have a trained eye so I move you fast. So this journey in 10 weeks creates dramatic transformation in a relatively short period of time.

[00:10:21] That's also me and I also notice that you guys have a tool for doing that journaling engine run or journal engine Journal engine is something that we built in-house.

[00:10:31] And so it's one of our products. We license it out to other speakers coaches trainers et cetera. And the reason we built it was because we wanted a secure platform for our clients to journal where they didn't feel the vulnerability of other people's eyes looking at their journal so that it was safe it was secure and it was between the coach and the client or the coach and a series of clients who may be working in a group but it's insulated and it's private. It's not out there on social media. It's completely secure.

[00:11:00] Oh that's awesome. And Azure dot and deep into all of this and this technology. Are there things that you were seeing across the board in the near side I can tell from the research was most of the people that you're coaching or in some way shape or form their business people whether they're entrepreneurs or their CEOs and most of them are business people. Are there other commonalities or are there things that you see over and over and over again that people are struggling struggling with. That's really kind of holding him back.

[00:11:29] Absolutely. I mean when we look at the highly driven population one of the things we see is they beat themselves up an awful lot. They expect things to be to move further faster. And for them to achieve these magnanimous goals at a much more rapid pace. And when that doesn't happen they experience pain and suffering. And what what happens as a result of that is they have friction with the people in their world. So you see a lot of conflict. You see a lot of disappointment. You see a lot of met expectations. You see a lot of self berating.

[00:12:01] You see a lot of that it and that's all due to the gap between what you were expecting and what you are experiencing right what you're expecting and what you're experiencing and where you are and where you want to be and the more you pay attention to that gap the bigger the gap becomes and the more there's a term I use the more that that person thrashes about and when they're thrashing things do not happen with these things become harder yeah.

[00:12:31] You know I lead sales teams for an author and speaker who I won't mention right here because when I'm about to say now that it's that I lead to different teams and we had goals for each of those teams we did a lot of A.I.M. cast event with this organization solid about 25 people. And for a couple of years brilliantly we would go out and we would set our goals based on numbers that we grabbed right out of thin air and what would happen is we would inadvertently set an unrealistic expectation for the team. So even when they were winning they felt like they were losing. Right. And I think that happens on a personal level too. That's what you're saying and that's one of the big issues that we have is we expect more to happen faster than it can. And so we feel like we're failing.

[00:13:12] Sometimes that happens and sometimes what happens is we're looking for things from people who don't have who don't have the strength to provide it. And so what we find is we are always in a state of internal adversity. And if it's not internal it's with others. So you know these highly driven people clash with the rest of the world.

[00:13:38] Because they're opinionated and they are critical and they have high expectations. And when the world doesn't operate as they think it should they experience frustration and frustration doesn't lead to goal attainment.

[00:13:52] Yeah you know I'm guilty as charged. It can be that right. It can be the trigger but it can't be the state of being cannot.

[00:14:02] Yeah I definitely am guilty of that. One of the things I have to constantly keep myself in check on is that I'm not applying the same standard of work or performance to the people that work with me as I do to myself. Number one I own the company. So you know that's one reason everybody else doesn't own the company they don't go to bed and wake up in the morning thinking about this. But another thing is just to not create the kind of environment that you know because I've worked in that environment so well and I'm going to go back to something you said earlier which is I feel the pressure.

[00:14:33] So what happens when you feel the pressure you put the pressure right and what happens when there's a pressurized environment over a long period of time. It's unsustainable.

[00:14:41] Oh for sure. So if I do it intentionally I mean what I say short term goals that are you know we've got a lot done a little bit of time because I know for me because of the world that I live in that's the way to get things done. The blessing of my business is we're creating digital products and they compound on themselves so it's these short seasons that we go through of massive amounts of work but once we're on the back side of them the thing is there training as they are or the man for my whatever it is we're creating is they are in it. It runs by itself once we get it up and running so that that has us here that coming out of my own mouth it sounds a lot like justification for creating an unhealthy environment.

[00:15:19] Is that what that may be what I heard. But I'll tell you this this is very important and I want to clear this up. You know it's not that we can't have high expectations from others. We certainly can but when we have high expectations while we're beating them up we're not really serving our cause. So how do you bring the best out of the people around you. It's not to create that pressurized environment that doesn't necessarily do it. There's some pressure help. Sure periodically but not as a constant state of being. Right. So the the question is how do you lift the quality and standard of your team without injecting tension in the atmosphere without injecting this sense of they are failing. Right. And you're beating them up because you just you know you're just like rounding them up and you think well we don't have time for being kind. You know what I'm saying. So. So how do we do that. And that is a function of leadership training that when we look at how a leader thinks we see how the rest of the team operates.

[00:16:25] Period.

[00:16:26] Yeah. And I think one of the things I'm learning right now about that is this is terrible I can't believe I'm going to say this on the podcast but to say good morning to people on skype before I start asking for things. There is an idea that may get edited out. Just so you know but it's it's little things like that and I think it's also there is always that constant tension that I feel between getting things done and making people feel like they are super appreciated because they are. I mean I really appreciate people I just think that sometimes the tasks get gets in the way of the people.

[00:16:59] So right. So what else so.

[00:17:01] You know one of the big things so I think the fact that I want to go back is that if you look at an organization if you look at the culture of an organization a lot of leaders come to me and say I'm not happy with the way this organization is functioning I'm not happy with the culture I'm not happy with the fact that people have friction.

[00:17:18] I'm not happy with the amount of effort people are putting in they're not putting in enough hours they're not producing as much as I want them to. And on and on and on and all the knots right what's not happening. Well and this is very important if you look at how a leader thinks and if you look at how well leader behaves that will explain entirely how the organization behaves.

[00:17:38] And so a lot of times leaders think well I've got to fix that guy and that guy and that guy or I got him. You know I got I kick them out and get new guys in. And you know start to start from scratch. But that the leader will just be creating and the same thing over and over again unless they address their own thinking.

[00:17:56] Very important it's kind of like you know if you have a poor relationship marital relationship or boyfriend girlfriend relationship and you end that ship unless you start to address your thinking you tend to be in similar relationships over time.

[00:18:14] Yeah. Without a doubt and I end up in the peril I think is the Blind Spot. Right an organization there's the things that I know that I need to work on them that is the thing that everybody else knows that I'm just clueless about.

[00:18:27] Well and I'll tell you something there's a lot of times there's another cut there's a big black hole where you don't know when they don't know. But we all know something's not right. Yeah.

[00:18:40] And so and so the question is it for me it's the leader's responsibility to start to really understand their contribution both positively and negatively to the organization and clean that up. Once that happens there's a trickle down effect that is very evident very obvious and we see that in organizations we see that in families we see that in relationships we see that you know and in little league teams we see it all over the place.

[00:19:08] Yeah. And I think black hole is a great description because it been space and time if people weren't were that organization time just moves really really slowly.

[00:19:19] Exactly. So from my experience when the leader starts to think differently revenue increases people stay longer. There is less turnover. The culture changes and improves people are happier to be there and their own productivity increases. It's amazing how powerful leadership thinking is on the outcome of the team OK.

[00:19:42] OK so let's dive into that just a little bit. And I'm going to ask you to oversimplify this and embrace that to change your thinking break that down into three easy steps and then we can kind of pull the steps apart if we have time.

[00:19:54] OK. So how do you change your thinking. First of all you have the most important thing is to monitor your emotional state. So when you're frustrated agitated annoyed pissed off angry in a state of friction all the time. That's your indicator that's your indicator that you're thinking is it really taking you where you want to go. So that's number one. Pay attention to how you feel most of the time and what's causing you to feel that way. So what do you feel. Number two is so what's the trigger what's causing me to feel that way how am I thinking about this that's causing me to feel agitated annoyed and frustrated.

[00:20:32] See what do I want. So I don't want to feel agitated frustrated etc.. I want something else. Let me define it. And number four is. So let me challenge the thinking that causes me to feel agitated. And I'm going to give you number five it's called trading up which is.

[00:20:55] So how can I think about this thing differently in a way that's much more aligned with what I actually want. So if I walk into my office and I see all my workers and let's say they're chatting and having coffee and whatever getting ready for the day. And I think to myself nobody ever works around here. You know all they do is slough off. Does that really line up with my goal of having this kick ass team does it.

[00:21:19] So then then I have to say what do I want. I want to kick ass team. Here's how I want it to work. Here's what I want to see in the team. All right. So is it true that they're actually sloughing off. So I need to start challenging the beliefs I have because if my energy is frustrated with then does that entice them. Does that create an environment where they want to work. It doesn't. Right. Right.

[00:21:47] For sure. And if I if I come in in the morning and then I say I can hear 8 15 or 9 o'clock whatever it is TELL ME WITH YOU AT 9 Bell I'm meeting with you at 9:15 already like we're changing the game. Focus on what you want not on what you don't want.

[00:22:03] Yeah I agree. And one of the things we're going through the process right now of doing especially with my whole team is virtual which makes it even more difficult. They could be at the water cooler or having a conversation and I would never know. And with a virtual company you have to even be more and more intentional about being results driven and to be results driven I think you have to you have to. People have to have a scorecard we're going through a process right now of determining a once in its job description for for people and then with that once in its job description how do we know if they're winning so that they can know and I can know that they're winning what are the metrics that we're going to use to drive. You can't do that with every responsibility but with a lot of them you absolutely can.

[00:22:45] That's right. What's your key metric. And people often don't know how to define that.

[00:22:51] Yeah yeah for sure they don't. And I think with us and I got this from another organization actually my church where they had people write down at once and its job description and then let them tell you what they think they're responsible for and how they measure it and you'll be 80 percent of the way there.

[00:23:09] Yeah yeah yeah yeah.

[00:23:11] And one of the one of the processes that we outline is you know how do you go through and figure out what has to be done in your business. And then you build your charter around what has to be done which makes perfect sense if you think about it. But most of the time we hire people for roles because we've had someone in that role and left. So it was a job title changing gears there. I love this idea about trading up. So when you get to the point where you realize that your thinking stinks and an area is that focused Journal time that you sit down with this idea and you go OK let me let me work out what I'm really thinking.

[00:23:42] And then so editors are going to recommend two things. OK so if you're OK with it I'm going to give your audience two journaling assignments. They're very day. That's awesome. Girdling assignment number one it's called dump dump and then dump the dump. So what does that mean when you're frustrated right away you're frustrated about when you think you're done keep going because you're not quite done yet. It's the line there. So just keep going. Right. When you're completely and utterly done expressing what's going on why it's bothering you how it affects you and on and on and on then say OK hold on. Now it's time to turn myself around. What do I want. What do I want to do with this. Where do I want to go. I don't want to end in this negative place. I need to turn myself around and that's where we dump that. In other words we get rid of the dump and we focus on what it is that we want that act is called pivoting pivoting toward what we want. And people aren't used to that. And it's a muscle we need to build. Imagine you're on the basketball court and you're literally pivoting towards the net that you want to score in. So we're learning to pivot towards the goal. What do you want to pivot there every time you're frustrated that means you're heading in the wrong direction. Time to unload it and turn around turns towards the goal. So that's activity number one journal and then dump dump turn yourself around. Activity number two.

[00:24:59] And guys grab a piece of paper and a pen. Write this down. It's basically three journaling questions. Question number one. What do I really really want more than anything what what does my heart desire what do I really want. Question number two why is it important to me why do I want it. How will it impact my life. And question number three What's stopping me from having it right now and right all the reasons and what you'll find is all those reasons are a reflection of your beliefs are a reflection of your thinking. Those are the things that are getting in your way and I'll even give you one more. One more thing. If you guys are courageous and you do that assignment send it to me and I will connect you with one of our coaches who will give you a coaching call based on that assignment. And Kim at frame mine coaching dot.com but it's a hard assignment. Spend time really thinking about why you're not where you want to be.

[00:25:57] That's brilliant.

[00:25:57] Kim and if you're listening these are one of those moments where it makes sense to pull over or get off the stairmaster at the gym and take a couple of notes whether you do that your phone will put the links to Kim's e-mail as well as the other ways to connect or in the. At the end here. But this is a good exercise.

[00:26:16] Now here's the thing too that I just want to emphasize if you're not willing to do something like this it means you're really not committing to changing whatever it is that's holding you back.

[00:26:26] Well you see you know what people sometimes can't get it done like the doing part because the thinking part interferes with their ability to do so. It's not about doing is really important. This is about looking at how your thinking is impacting you because if your life isn't the way you want it to be if you're not achieving your goals if your revenues aren't where you want them to be if your company isn't functioning how you want. It's a reflection of your thinking. And so the first step is just to stop for a minute and take a look at your thinking. There's no action you don't have to buy anything you don't have to. You don't have to hire 10 new people. You just have to examine your thinking.

[00:27:05] That's huge. One of the things my a friend of mine was coaching me up on is your beliefs determine your potential.

[00:27:11] Yes. Well your beliefs determine your outcomes too.

[00:27:14] Yeah. And one of the things that I've noticed is that when I reach back in my past to support a belief system when the negative when the belief system is negative I reach back and grab a story from the past that props up that negative belief system. So one of the things I'm going through is like going into my past and grabbing things that support the positive belief systems that I have as well because you know even when you think about taking a moment to sit down and do this exercise you know the first thing that can come to mind is Is this really going to make a difference or I can't really change.

[00:27:44] I will tell you that I've had a lot of people do this exercise and you know they never start coaching they never work with us and they come back to us a year later letting us know that that one exercise was life changing.

[00:27:58] Yeah. Well you know I've done things like this in the past and you you take a step back from that and you think I had no idea the level of negative thinking that I had going on in my mind until I got this out.

[00:28:09] And it sounds sometimes it doesn't even look negative sometimes it looks perfectly positive but it's an issue nonetheless yeah I mean a perfect example of that is how you got to work hard you got to.

[00:28:23] You said this yesterday to a friend and he was like minimal That's good terminology. And I said hey I'm in a season where we just got to wake up every day and bang or head against the wall and just grind it out and he sounds like fun.

[00:28:33] That's exactly what he said. It's like man. How do you get up every day and do that. I'm like it's my superpower. He's I mean I would I would find a way to redefine that. You know good job you know the bottom line is I get to get up every day and create the most people spend their whole career they never get to create anything. And you and I are on the phone because we created things and the people that are listening are listening because the thing that they have created they're trying to take it to the world. And that is a massive massive blessing. And so I mean a short season here where I get to do one of the things that I feel like I get the most energy out of it and it's create. So so putting better language around it. You're right this is a huge deal for me.

[00:29:12] Well here is another example you know when you come up with a belief that feels positive. Well my family is the my most important priority. That feels positive right. And that's why I'm not doing X Y and Z because my family is more important than that. And that sounds almost heroic. Yeah but when we drill down we start to understand that what you're doing is actually not taking responsibility for your own goals for your own happiness for your own life. And you're using that as your excuse.

[00:29:46] It seems positive it seems honorable but it's it's creating a lag it's creating pain it's creating suffering and it doesn't need to be yeah that's awesome.

[00:29:59] Hey let me take it right and turn on you here and just talk about a couple of things because when I'm reading your bio I'm looking at the things that you've created the coaching business as well as the software program. When you take a step back and you kind of look at where your business is go in the future where are you going and how do you get there. I mean what's your mentality about where you're going.

[00:30:17] Yes. So there's a couple of things that I have discovered in the past couple of years that have really really excited me and that's the idea of training leaders to coach. So leaders who have coaching skills are infinitely better leaders. Why. Because when they have the ability to coach they're taking care of their own mindset and when they do that they're at the top of their game and be they're able to rally people and teach their team to be at the top of their game. So this concept of teaching coaching skills is really exciting to me. I am doing it. We have training sessions all over twice a year with people who come in from all over the world. And to me it's it's amazing to see the development that happens in the room when they show up. And then what they take back to their teams. So when I look at my company in five or 10 years we're going to be one of the leading companies in the area of training leaders how to coach man that makes a lot of sense.

[00:31:20] Yeah it's it's amazing when we're creating digital products when we're going out and trying to help a company really figure out what kind of product they should offer the person that's driving that always ask the question what's the 1.0 version of yourself. Because the easiest people to coach the easiest people to make an impact on are people that are where you were that want to be where you are now. And yeah it's easy to train a leisure coach than it is a coach to lead.

[00:31:44] Most likely. Well that's a good question. I think that they are very similar to be honest because leadership is really about self-management. That's what it is. So was parenting by the way you know do you have kids. I do I have a 15 year old. So people think that parenting is about you know making guiding the child and making sure that they're doing the right things and making the right decisions etc.. Parenting is about the parent It's not about the child. If it was about the child it would be called child. But it's not called Child thing it's called parenting. Why it's really about self-management when your kids are trying to figure out the world in ways that you think are insane.

[00:32:22] Yeah.

[00:32:23] And it's a like I had breakfast with my daughter this morning Waffle House and we're talking funny enough the topic of conversation we were doing a Bible study on Wednesday morning is the power of journaling. It just happens to be what we're talking about today. But I agree with you. And one of the things the parenting mistakes that most people make is not enough time on site and quantity of time equals quality time can equal quality time but you don't get quality without quantity. So make space for it which is the whole point of being in business right is to create a lifestyle for yourself that is above and beyond what you thought was a manageable and Mama and that means more time with my wife and my daughter.

[00:33:03] You know stress and often people get trapped in the in the you know on the treadmill of just getting things done. But how cool would it be if your church group journal together. Oh yeah.

[00:33:15] Unbelievable. And I think it's the thing I love about journaling too not to just hammer this point but we'll hammer this point. You really can't think about anything else when you're writing. I mean it is the one thing whatever you're writing is what you're thinking about. It's not the dichotomy that seems to exist in the minds of most entrepreneurs that I know which is I got six things spinning in my brain. Yeah. You know even as we're talking on a podcast or I'm doing a web call with somebody or whatever it is you're there's gaps in the conversation and you fill those gaps with other thoughts and things that need to be done. And that seems really difficult to do when you're journaling because of the physical part of it.

[00:33:52] Well you know what a lot of people recommend meditation but a lot of people feel daunted by meditation even when you were a child you didn't grow up learning how to meditate. But you grew up learning how to read and write. And so what's interesting about writing is that your brain actually works faster than your ability to write either manually or on a type on on a computer. Right. Your brain works faster. And so the act of writing slows your brain down and actually creates for you a meditative state. And so you are getting the benefits of meditation in writing format.

[00:34:25] That's brilliant. I've never heard it described that way. If you're listening to this and you don't journal don't wake up tomorrow and go I'm going to start Journal and every day just wake up to my journal and just start there's a five minute journal to get it on my desk here somewhere under something which is part of what I do to kind of set up my day. I'd ask three questions in the morning the three questions in the evening anyway. Hi Kim thanks so much for taking the time to do this.
