Goal Setting is probably deeper than what you've tried in the past. Going to the gym, losing weight, toning; all can be decent goals.

But only if your true desires, priorities, and plan of action line up.

Today we dive into understanding what it is we truly want to accomplish in part one of the goal setting cycle!
