In this premiere episode of "The God Hook," host Carol Costello introduces the chilling story of Richard Beasley, infamously known as the Ohio Craigslist Killer. In previously unreleased jailhouse recordings, Beasley portrays himself as a devout Christian, concealing his manipulative and predatory behavior. As the story unfolds, it becomes clear that Beasley's deceitfulness extends beyond the victims he buried in shallow graves. Listen to the preview of a bonus conversation between Carol and Emily available after the episode. Additional info at carolcostellopresents.com . Do you have questions about this series? As trainers we see so many women try to change their bodies after birth only to find that they have the "mommy pooch" and or incontinence (a fancy way of saying peeing your pants during workouts). The root cause of this is missing the golden link to change: the pelvic floor and the core. We lay a foundation for understanding what we call "reflex" a divine process that works your body and mind from the inside out into harmony with motherhood. This fresh training approach is not a sterile formula but rather a practical process that can be followed for the rest of your life

Kicking off a new series where I will be recording the first year of Duke. I wanted to capture special moments and hard challenges so that we could always remember them together. Hopefully this can be something you listen to when you are older for a good laugh and when you miss mom. And also, to find your roots again if you get lost. This is also dedicated to new mothers who might want to join in on the journey. No way is the right way but we can all be in this together.…

So many people are struggling or have struggled with their relationship with food. It seriously could be the best or worst relationship you have. Unfortunately, there is a lot of misunderstanding of what eating disorders and disordered eating actually are as well as a lack of self awareness teaching to prevent this from happening. In this episode I share the true definitions of these terms, my own experience with struggling with food, as well as some tips on how to better handle situations with yourself and others that may be going through it. Check this article out for further reference of what a bad relationship with food can do: https://www.womensrunning.com/2017/11/get-inspired/runner-fast-thin-disordered-eating_83416…
