Reintroducing is a new podcast on the Middle East and North Africa trying to break down the barrier between the professional study of the region and the general public by bringing academic research outside of the classroom and university setting. With each episode, we'll explore a topic in-depth, putting a twist on it as we do: we'll go beyond politics and look at music, culture, and food, and tie everything together. We'll focus on history, but we'll also crisscross the humanities, too. Released monthly, each episode will feature a new topic and a new co-host to help us understand that topic. Reintroducing is brought to you by N.A Mansour, a graduate student at Princeton University and funded by the Center for the Digital Humanities.
