The Transformation Process has been designed by professional relationship experts to give guidance to persons in an intimate love relationships when they get "triggered"! A trigger is anything a partner says or does or doesn't do that result in immediate hurt, upset, anger -- and kind of reactivity. It is strongly recommended that when you get "triggered" in your love relationship that you call a "time-out", go for a walk or sit quieted and listen to the podcast. This is the introductory module. You will also want to get the Explanation of the process and then the shorter version to use once the process is mastered.
