In this week's episode I want to guide you through the Heartmath Heart Based Meditation which has been scientifically proven to enhance the resilience and coherence of your heart, and promote the production of DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone) a hormone that comes from the adrenal gland and reduces or neutralises cortisol. When we have excessive cortisol in our system our defence mechanisms are heightened and we perceive literally everything as a threat. Long-term this can turn into adrenal fatigue and exhaustion.

And then any chance you have of making a decision based on what your 'heart' wants is significantly impacted... the illusion of the 'fear' state is usually running the show.

So, in this episode I am going to explain why it's so powerful and guide you through a simple practice so you can weave this into your every day life.
