After the American Statistic, every 4th American women are taking anti-depression medicaments, and every 3rd American have a mental disorder! Many medicaments are increasing or causing depression, like all psychopharmaceutic, blood, and cholesterol lowering medicaments… Please look up the side effects, for every medicament that you take. (See link at the end).

The best things that are working against depression, sadness, instability are a sport ( physical workouts if possible outside) combined with gratitude. This formula was developed in London, and it worked for everybody!

Why?

Emotions are feelings in motion. If we suppress our feelings (positive thinking supports suppressing of feelings), our feelings getting blocked and causing such depression and diseases; piling up and can erupt at our worst time, can even cause suicide. This means we should feel our emotions!

Every insane person has less or no contact with his body. After WW2 they put the traumatized people from the war in a Gym … After a strong workout, the insane people calmed down and could speak normally… This means, sport is calming down everybody and give us stability, so it works against depression

The depressed and sad people are complaining about their life, other people, and the world. They can’t see what is good for them or what is good in their life. How is it, that the depressed person is making every day a gratitude list and focuses his/her mind on what is good in his/her life?
How would it be, if we exchange/share honesty our feelings and thoughts with a friend, our spouse or a family member? In that case, depression has not anymore the power over us.

Stop seeing negative movies, hearing negative music, reading negative media or books. Mainly all depressive people hearing, seeing negative reading things, how would it be to stop that?

All kind of drugs causing and increasing our depression. The same is true for using the smartphone, TV, Video games, computer as a device to suppress our feelings;. Beware of that!
Instead of the sport we can also choose to dance wild at home or in a disco. For instant: See the great movie: “Zorba The Greek” with Antonie Queen or Bhagwan/Osho had to recommend dancing for depression/ sadness.

When we have depression or tendency to get easy depression, we choose to make strong workouts or dance every day for at least 1 hour. Even without depression, we should choose to do these workouts for the sake of our body and emotional health. I by myself do more workouts, 1 hour is too less for me!

Also, it is for everybody the best to make a gratitude list and/or think “thank you” for everything that happens to us… In everything bad is also the same amount of good.

If we want to connect to people, we choose, to be honest, and to share our feelings and thoughts. Please make no show!!!!

We choose to feel more, instead of to suppress our feelings.
