Michael Nitschke is the CEO and award-winning sales agent at Nitschke Real Estate. At 30 years old, with no prior management or leadership experience, Michael stepped into the director role to run the agency, after losing his parents in sudden succession.

Michael discovered the business was on the brink of collapse, with only six weeks of operating capital left – and millions in hidden debt.

Within three years, Michael transformed Nitschke Real Estate into a profitable, mission-led, independent agency… and now teaches aspiring leaders, business owners and teams how to succeed.
