Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. In this episode, we delve into the joyous challenges of family as I share five tips for staying grounded and present at this special time of year.

With the holiday season fast approaching, I thought it was a good time to explore the beautiful but often complex themes that can emerge when we gather with extended family. I love my family and I'm really excited to be with them and have a sunny Christmas all together in Australia this year. I've learned over the years that there are practices and tools that I can put into place to ensure that I bring the best version of myself into what is often a very stressful, busy and potentially triggering time of year. So today, I am offering five tips on how we can keep ourselves grounded and present with our families and loved ones. I would love to hear how you’re spending the holidays and whether you have any tips to share as well.

“Relationships are the number one way we grow and the challenging ones help us grow the most.”
