Today’s guest is the lovely Caroline Knight. I recently crossed paths with Caroline on facebook, and after a brief chat I found out that not only did she have a background in health & wellness, but her real passion was plant medicines, and she was the co-founder of the website DMTtimes.com.
Seeing as plant medicines are something that really interests me, I thought it would be a great idea to get Caroline on the podcast to chat about her experience using them.
On the show we discussed:
Caroline journey into the natural health world
How Caroline first came across plant medicines
Why plant medicines need to be respected
The difference between DMT, Ayahuasca, & San Pedro
The importance of having someone who knows what they are doing if you are going to use plant medicines
What you can expect when using plant medicines
How plant medicines can help with healing and awakening people & much more
It was an absolute pleasure speaking to Caroline, and I already can’t wait for our next chat because we have lots left to discuss.
You can find Caroline here:
www.DMTtimes.com
Enjoy the show and don’t forget to share it with your friends and family, as well as writing a comment, or a review on iTunes.
To Your Health & Happiness
