In this episode, Dr. Devon Coughlin and special guest Jodi Green, co-founder of the Better Birth Network and certified doula through Childbirth and Postpartum Professionals Association (CAPPA), share what steps you can take in order to have the best birthing experience.
Jodi Green has enjoyed offering birth and postpartum doula service to hundreds of birthing women since 1998. She co-founded the Better Birth Network in 2004, which continues today offering childbirth education, labor and postpartum support, and breastfeeding support to South Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Jodi makes it her personal goal to offer the information, education, and support women need to make their own empowered choices in birth and parenting.
