Vulnerability Is A Superpower - YUP contrary to the previous belief I held in the past.
The one where if you showed tears you were weak and people would step all over you. That you would be a push over. For others to trust you you had to be tough, not show emotions, be super positive all the time and keep going forward. I was a master at that. It didn't get me as far as I would have liked though...
on the opposite, I was stuck, I was not paying attention to what was going on internally in my body and push hard to make things happen. That didn't stop me from making things happen, but it felt hard, off and it used of lot of my strength.
Today I find myself in a different situation where things feel effortless, fun and aligned. Plus what I want is happening in a beautiful way.
