A new podcast series: ‘Don’t Eat the Whole Elephant’ by Vision Australia, is hoping to encourage blind and partially sighted people to focus more on their mental health and general wellbeing.
Brought to fruition by producer Stella Glorie, each episode features VI speakers discussing topics like: problem solving, identity, sleep, and the impact of exercise on mental health.
Jane Britt from Vision Australia is one of the contributors for ‘Don’t Eat the Whole Elephant’ and spoke with us about the series and what it means to her.
