Junior lawyers have started a new union in reponse to a series of scandals that rocked the industry in the past year. The Aotearoa Legal Worker's Union, which launched yesterday, will advocate on behalf of junior lawyers to improve work conditions across the sector. Hayley Coles is the interim president of the ALWU and joins Emile Donovan to discuss the issues the union has identified which need to be addressed.
