We have reported at length the movement across the globe to ban the sale of new fossil fuel burning vehicles over the next 10 to 20 years. In the next chapter to combat climate change, a number of states, cities and towns are looking to move the needle by impacting new building construction with a ban on the use of fossil fuels for heating, cooking and sanitation.
