Tim Foust, the bass vocalist for Home Free, didn't always want to make singing his profession; that's why he chose a unique career path at the start by choosing to go to dental school in Beaumont, Texas. Eventually, the itch got him. He told his mom he was leaving dental school to become a singer in an entirely different state. He was in and out of Acappella bands, cruise ships, and a songwriting deal until he eventually felt right at home in Home Free.
