In this episode I dive deep into the knowing more about the 2 body states in which our bodies are usually in, Rest & Digest and Fight & Flight. I expand on the characteristics of these states and also throw some light on what tools we can use to prevent ourselves from staying in a stress response for longer than necessary.

Roll Back is about unlearning and recreating our lives from a perspective of a guy in his late 20s giving life advice to a younger version of himself. Stuff which that kid thought of as "faux-pas" or times when he really wanted to cry it out or share an insecurity but couldn't either because of the circle around him didn't vibrate that way or his self made beliefs formed in childhood suggested him to suck it in. Join me on this journey of demystifying some of those myths and uncover extreme happiness and be our Unabashed Authentic Self.
