God's Monomaniac #RTTBROS #nightlight God's Monomaniac "For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified." - 1 Corinthians 2:2 (KJV) The Apostle Paul was a man consumed by one passion: sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. His single-minded focus on this mission is evident throughout his life and ministry. In the passage above, we see a glimpse of what it might have been like for the soldiers tasked with guarding Paul during his imprisonment. Imagine being chained to a man who talks incessantly about Jesus. Every waking moment, Paul likely took every opportunity to share the good news of salvation with those around him. For the soldiers, this may have been initially annoying or even frustrating. However, Paul's unwavering commitment to spreading the gospel message is a powerful example for us today. In a world filled with distractions and competing priorities, it can be easy to lose sight of what truly matters. Paul reminds us that our primary focus should always be on Jesus Christ and His sacrificial love for us. Like Paul, we are called to be "monomaniacs" for Christ, consumed by a singular passion for knowing Him and making Him known to others. This doesn't mean neglecting our earthly responsibilities or relationships, but rather viewing them through the lens of our devotion to Christ. When we fix our eyes on Jesus and make Him the center of our lives, everything else falls into place. May we, like Paul, be so captivated by the love of Christ that we cannot help but share it with those around us. Let us pray for the courage and boldness to proclaim the gospel, even in the face of opposition or adversity. And may we never lose sight of the one thing that truly matters: knowing Jesus Christ and Him crucified. https://linktr.ee/rttbros Be sure to Like, Share, Follow and subscribe it helps get the word out. https://linktr.ee/rttbros
