With South Africa having the highest overweight and obesity rate in sub-Saharan Africa, many people say the move to introduce a sugar tax in the country, is the right thing to do. Minister of Health Aaron Motsoaledi shares his views alongside Executive Director of Beverage Association of South Africa Mapule Ncanywa, who says that a regulated approach be followed instead of a tax.
