While I have discussed gut health in a variety of episodes, I have not spent time discussing FODMAP's or “fermentable oligo-, di-, monosaccharides and polyols" (try saying that 5 times fast). This is a tool to add or optimize in your toolbox to help your clients who may have sensitivities or intolerances but doesn't flat out eliminate an entire food group.
