In episode 20, I interview the beautiful Amy Arner of My Sweaty Lovely Life. Amy is a New York native, having always lived in the area, following all of the rules of what was expected of her. She shares her story that will resonate with so many of us, and then describes the first time she leaned into the discomfort and headed toward her fears in her early adulthood as she left the country to be with her then boyfriend. Amy is now a successful nurse and pursuing a full time career in coaching. She is constantly navigating what lights her on fire and facing her fears to find her authentic happiness. She has learned that it’s up to no one else, but her.

My challenge for you is to really think about what you want your life to look like. Are you always thinking that it’ll be greener on the other side only to realize it’s not once you get there? What’s one thing you can do this week to take responsibility for your own happiness.
