Episode 72. In today’s episode, I’m sharing how to manage seasonal anxiety with shifting our thoughts and ultimately belief systems and also finding a balance in our masculine and feminine energies.

Shifting our thoughts will shift our belief system will shift our behavior.

Motherhood is driven by masculine energy and ultimately may be contributing to your anxiety. Pulling in more feminine anxiety will help bring a balance and relief with ease and flow.

While we discuss seasonal anxiety, this can be applied to anything going on in your life whether it’s making a decision to move, leave a job or even taking time away from the kids.
