The Santa Clarita real estate market is hopping and real estate inventory is flying off of the shelves. I will tell you that our homebuyer market is volatile. There are so many buyers saturating the housing market that sellers are having a hay day. Sellers in the current Santa Clarita real estate market are calling their shots, refusing to repair items and are asking the home buyers to step forward when the home appraisal comes in lower than the agreed-upon price.
