The last two days I’ve talked about how gratitude makes your career better, it makes you more joyful and content in your personal life and today we are going to talk about the power gratitude has on your physical health.

Heart trouble, kidney disease, cancer, aches and pains and willingness to exercise all are positively affected by gratitude.

If you’ve been listening this week I hope it’s become clear just how powerful gratitude is in your life if you practice it. So get started with a gratitude practice tomorrow on Thanksgiving where we all are supposed to pause and give thanks for the wonderful things in our lives and keep it going everyday thereafter.
