This week, get to know our oldest guest to date - 92-year old Dottie Gray from St. Louis, Missouri. Dottie is a National Senior Games athlete and runner with three decades of experience under her belt. She has completed five marathons, including the 100th running of the Boston Marathon, over 35 half marathons and countless 5 and 10K races. At one point in the 1990s, Dottie ran five races over four states in two weeks. And in 2015, she became the first person over 90 to complete a 5,000 meter race. Dottie talks about how she got into sports (in her forties!) and running (in her fifties!), and how living an active life has helped her stay healthy and mobile into her nineties!SEASONED ATHLETE STATS - DOTTIE GRAY
