John Davis has been a professional fight director and stuntman, artistic director, sword-fighting comedian. After breaking his spine in two (you read that right), he harnessed his life experiences and became a motivational speaker, author, and coach. In this episode, we talk about limiting beliefs and how to overcome them using what he calls the "Five F Formula."
