British Columbia’s attorney general is threatening to sue if a new law introduced in Alberta causes gasoline prices in B.C. to skyrocket. The legislation would give Alberta the ability to cut off oil, gasoline and natural gas leaving the province, which would cause fuel prices in B.C. to jump. Any interruption to the fuel supply could send gas prices in B.C. above $2 per litre.
