随着瑞幸咖啡、连咖啡等互联网基因咖啡企业的涌入,咖啡行业竞争愈发激烈,星巴克中国的单店同比收入已经略显疲软,未来的咖啡消费市场格局能否破除巨头垄断的现状,这条赛道上的创业公司又将何去何从?

咖啡是少有集「高成瘾性、高频刚需、高毛利」三大特性于一身的消费品,并且具有速溶、咖啡机、咖啡胶囊、外卖等多种消费模式。在发达国家人均咖啡杯数接近 1 杯/日的同时,中国人均咖啡杯数只有 5-7 杯/年,目前市场达到千亿,还有极大成长空间。

进入中国市场二十年,星巴克出于种种原因,直到本月才开启外卖服务 (指2018年9月,实际上星巴克外卖业务上线时间点在本期节目录音之后)。因此给了瑞幸咖啡异军突起的机会,填补了咖啡外卖市场的空缺。瑞幸咖啡通过前期大量资本投入,鼓励充值锁定现金流、鼓励群体性消费,迅速获得市场青睐。近期,星巴克终于作出反击,选择和阿里巴巴旗下的饿了么展开外卖物流合作。
