최근 청와대 청원 게시판에 교사의 방학을 특히 해외연수를 없애달라는 청원이 올라왔는데... 청원자는 교사들의 해외연수는 교사 개인과 그 가족의 해외여행일 뿐 교육과는 관련이 없고 세금 낭비일 뿐이라고 지적했다고. 하지만 교사들은 학생과 달리 방학 자체가 원칙적으로 없고 평소 쓰지 못한 연월차를 방학기간에 소진한다고. 해외연수도 교장의 허락과 기획서, 보고서 등이 동반돼야 가능하다는데. 문제는 교사와 일반 노동자, 교사와 학부모와 같은 이분법적 프레임을 누가 짜는가인데...
