1988년 국민연금이 시작될 때 취지는 부자들이 조금 더 내서 서민들을 돕는 사회보장제도였는데... 30년이 지난 지금은 재벌이, 기업이, 거대 조직이 부자가 돼버렸다. 이 상황은 갈수록 고착될 가능성이 커서 결국 국민연금에 다달이 돈을 내는 절대다수의 직장인(물론 이들이 부자일 가능성은 매우 적은)은 가처분소득이 줄어들 수밖에 없다. 물론 65세, 현재 논의되는 연령인 68세에 연금을 탈 수 있지만 40대 후반에 실직을 하고 자영업을 하다 실패하는 사람들이 많은 상황에서 너무 먼 미래인데... 해결책이 뭘까?
